SECOND QUARTER HEATS UP FOR BEACON COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE LEASING

RADNOR, PA – Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC announced today they had 50,000 square feet of leasing activity in the second quarter of 2015 in Montgomery County.

Gene McHale and Colin McHale negotiated and successfully completed the following transactions:

IB Abel leased space at Plymouth Woods in Plymouth, PA.  Eric Gorman with Cushman & Wakefield represented IB Abel and Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented the Landlord, GPX Realty Partners, L.P.

Epic signed a lease renewal and expansion for their space at the GSB building, One Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.  James Kelly with CBRE represented Epic and Gene McHale with Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented Maguire & Partners Property Group.

Simon Capital successfully completed a lease transaction at the Times Building in Suburban Square located in Ardmore along the Mainline.  Gene McHale represented Simon Capital.

EMS renewed their lease at the GSB building located at One Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.  Tom Hummell with NAI Geis represented the tenant, while Gene McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented Maguire & Partners Property Group.

Investedge signed an expansion and renewal for their space at the GSB building at One Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.  They now occupy 20,000 square feet.  Jim Dugan with Newmark represented Investedge and Gene McHale represented the Landlord, Maguire & Partners Property Group.

Clayman Financial renewed their lease at 1 Presidential.  Gene McHale and Colin McHale represented Clayman Financial in this long term lease renewal.

Commonwealth Capital signed a long term lease at Two Bala Plaza.  Commonwealth was represented by Gene McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate during the negotiation of their new office space at Two Bala Plaza.
