Savran Benson, LLP, a public accounting firm in Philadelphia, is relocating from 146 Montgomery Ave, Bala Cynwyd, PA to 6,778 SF at One Bala Plaza, Bala Cynwyd, PA signing a long term lease dated July 27th, 2021. Tishman Speyer, owners of One Bala Plaza, recently completed a $45 million renovation of the building. Gene McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant Savran Benson, LLP.
