Singer, Esq. /Roundtree, CPA – signed a long-term renewal lease at One Bala Avenue. Gene McHale represented the landlord, Bala Avenue #1, LLC.
Camp Ramah Poconos – an overnight summer camp signed a 2,500 sq. ft. lease at 7 Bala Avenue. Gene McHale represented the landlord, The Berg Organization. The deal was co-brokered with Gary Lozoff from Tactix representing the tenant. This lease signing takes the building to 100% leased.
Hair Club for Men – signed a 3,620 sq. ft. long-term renewal lease at 150 Monument Road. Gene McHale and Colin McHale of Beacon represented the landlord, STAR 150 BALA, LLC. Hair Club was represented by John Susanin from Colliers International.
