RADNOR, PA – Cushman & Wakefield and Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC are pleased to announce the sale of the University Office Plaza located at 256-263 Chapman Road in Newark, Delaware.

Robert E. Yoshimura, Joseph B. Hill and R. Eric Mattson, Jr. with Cushman & Wakefield and Gene McHale and Colin McHale with Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the Seller, GPX University Office Properties, LP in the transaction.  The Buyer was Shelbourne Global Solutions.
