Cambridge Capital Management, a full service securities brokerage, registered investment advisor and technology driven investment banking firm, signed a Sixth Amendment to Lease dated February 15, 2018 extending the term an additional two years on 632 RSF.

Dicalite Management Group, Inc., an international industrial minerals company, signed a 61 month Lease Agreement dated February 19, 2018 for 4,935 RSF. The tenant was represented by Scott Mertz of NAI Mertz.

New Bridge Partners, , signed an Amendment to Lease dated March 23, 2018 extending the term on 1,151 RSF an additional 3 years. The tenant was represented by Kevin Flynn Jr. of The Flynn Company.

EPIC Healthcare Services, Inc., a home health care provider , signed a Fourth Amendment to Lease relocating and expanding into 19,969 RSF for an 8 year term.
