RADNOR, PA – Cushman & Wakefield and Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC are pleased to announce the sale of the Plymouth Woods Office Center located at 521-531 Plymouth Road in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Robert E. Yoshimura, Joseph B. Hill and R. Eric Mattson, Jr. with Cushman & Wakefield and Gene McHale and Colin McHale with Beacon Commercial Real Estate, LLC represented the Seller, GPX Plymouth Woods Office Properties, L.P. in the transaction.  The Buyer was Exeter Property Group headquartered in Plymouth Meeting, PA.

Plymouth Woods Office Center offers 188,360 square feet of commercial office space and is located in Plymouth Meeting, PA.  There are five, one-story buildings offering tenants suites of all sizes along with common area conference rooms.  The Buyer, Exeter Property Group, is planning a major upgrade to the exterior of the building as well as the lobbies, restrooms and common areas in order to re-position this asset in a very strong office market.
