BALA CYNWYD, PA – Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC is pleased to announce their partnering in the sale transaction of One, Two, and Three Bala Plaza, Bala Cynwyd, PA.

The Bala Plaza complex consists of One, Two, and Three Bala (East and West) and the Saks Fifth Avenue department store which totals 1.1 million leasable square feet and sits on 61.4 acres. The complex was previously acquired by Tishman Speyer in 2004.

Gene McHale of Beacon Commercial Real Estate partnered with Doug Rodio, Robert Fahey, and Jerome Kranzel of CBRE representing the seller, Tishman Speyer on the $185 million transaction.
