RADNOR, PA – Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC is pleased to announce the sale of the Haverford Plaza Office Building located at 931 Haverford Road in Bryn Mawr, PA.  Haverford Plaza is a three story office building situated on 2.34 acres and is 100% leased.

The Haverford Plaza Office Building offers 30,000 square feet of commercial office space and is located within the Main Line submarket of Bryn Mawr, PA.  Roger Schwab spent 40 years building the Main Line Health and Fitness business and will continue to operate at that location.  Roger is also working with 931 Haverford Investors, LLC, who owns and operates the Philadelphia Sports Club, to combine the two to ensure that Main Line Health and Fitness is the premier fitness destination in the area.
