Beacon Commercial Real Estate LLC is pleased to announce the 24,269 SF Lease extension Drexel University at 10 Shurs Lane in Manayunk. Drexel extended the term for 2 years on one block of space and 4 years on another. The space is being utilized by Drexel College of Medicine for physician offices.
